The passive investor provides all funding for the active investor or partner. This includes the acquisition and renovations of the property. Their money is managed from start to finish & they get to enjoy passive income!

The active or working investor will provide none of the funding, but are responsible for all of the operational aspects, project management, finding the deal & creating opportunities. They manage the entire project from acquisition to closing.
